My name is Jamie Scott and I am an upcoming Junior at the Pennsylvania State University. I am studying Human Development and Family Studies. I am a very outgoing, energetic, loud, talkative person who loves meeting new people. I enjoy playing all different types of sports, however since I've gotten to college I haven't had a large opportunity to play. At school I am a part of the sorority Pi Beta Phi where I hold multiple leadership positions and am very involved with everything we do. When school is not in session, during the summer, I spend my time being a counselor at a sleep away camp. This role encourages me to be a responsible and independent young adult who is able to take care of and be a role model for young children and teens. Working with and guiding the campers has allowed me to better understand how they act and understand the world around them and I am there for comfort. I am a optimistic person who tries everything and will not give up.
